What started as a single kitchen on Bayard Street in New Brunswick has grown to four locations across New Jersey — New Brunswick (2 locations), Freehold, and Quakerbridge. We do one thing and we do it well: ramen.
Our tonkotsu broth simmers for up to 18 hours. Our noodles are made in-house. Our toppings — the marinated egg, the chashu, the nori — are prepared fresh every single day. There are no shortcuts here.
We've been called the best ramen in Central New Jersey, and every bowl we serve is our attempt to keep earning that title.
